Description of Transaction
Sequeira Partners was engaged by Bajus Financial Partners Ltd. to assist with the sale to People Corporation. The Sequeira team provided advisory assistance throughout the transaction including initial valuation analysis, negotiating preliminary deal terms, transaction structure and consideration, as well as assisting with due-diligence and other pre-closing matters.
The sale to People Corporation will allow Bajus to continue its growth by leveraging the national resources of one of Canada’s largest and fastest growing provider of group benefits, group retirement, wellness, and human resource solutions.
