Description of Transaction
Sequeira Partners was engaged by the shareholder of Arctic Arrow to assist with the divestiture of their ownership of the business. The Sequeira team advised Arctic Arrow through a sale process including initial valuation analysis, the marketing process; negotiating deal terms, transaction structure and consideration; managing the due diligence process and negotiating final transaction terms.
The sale of Arctic Arrow to Java allowed Seacliff Group to monetize their investment, while providing Java continued momentum as they bolster their utility presence in Canada with an eye on expansion in to further markets both east and south. The acquisition of Arctic Arrow adds key expertise, equipment and tooling to their expanding utility focused portfolio.
