Sequeira Partners was engaged by the shareholders of Comalatech to assist them in identifying and pursuing a transaction with a best-fit partner to support future growth. The sale to Appfire will allow Comalatech to continue its growth by leveraging Appfire’s position in the Atlassian Marketplace, while maintaining the people-first culture that has driven its success to date. The transaction will also enable Comalatech to tap into more talent and resources to keep up with the demands of the market, elevate its current offerings, and continue to provide an exceptional customer experience.
The Sequeira team provided advisory assistance throughout the transaction including marketing the business, negotiating preliminary and final deal terms, transaction structure and consideration, tax valuation analysis, as well as assisting with due-diligence and other pre-closing matters.
