Description of Transaction
Sequeira Partners was engaged to assist Environmental Refuelling Systems in the buyout of select shareholders. The Sequeira team assisted ERS through an initial valuation, sourcing financing, preliminary negotiations, pricing, due diligence, and negotiation of the final transaction terms. The transaction allowed ERS to accomplish and realize on its shareholder succession plans.

Services provided include fuel procurement, transportation, fuel storage, on site fuel delivery, and maintenance.
