Description of Transaction
Sequeira Partners was engaged to assist David Hood, President and CEO of geoLOGIC systems ltd. in sourcing a financial partner for the business. The transaction was completed in partnership between David Hood and BV Investment Partners with Mr. Hood retaining his entire ownership interest in the Company. The Sequeira team assisted Mr. Hood in a targeted process aimed at value added financial partners including preliminary negotiations, pricing and due diligence.
The transaction allowed David Hood to retain his ownership interest in the company and BV Investment Partners to make a major investment in the Company by acquiring the shares of geoLOGIC founders Joe.
