The sale to Bentley/Cohesive will enable Ontracks next phase of growth, providing opportunities for all stakeholders while expanding their scope and capacity to help users drive their digital transformation.
The Sequeira team provided advisory assistance throughout the transaction including negotiating preliminary and final deal terms, advising on transaction structure and consideration, as well as assisting with due-diligence and other pre-closing matters.
