Sequeira Partners identified Cameron as a logical prospective acquirer and worked closely with ICI management to provide support and expertise in promoting ICI’s value to Cameron and other interested parties. Through intensive negotiations and creative deal structuring, Sequeira Partners was able to consummate a transaction that met the valuation needs of ICI shareholders on terms that were acceptable to Cameron.

ICI Artificial Lift is an Edmonton based company that designs, manufactures, services and sells its patented line of Hydraulic Pumping Units for artificial lift. The efficient design of ICI’s products use less than 1/10 the footprint of a conventional pumping unit, reduces installation and maintenance time, and allows operators to easily adjust the speed and stroke length of their artificial lift equipment across the changing production profile of the well.
