Description of Transaction
Sequeira Partners was engaged to assist the Shareholders of Iron Brothers in its sale to SITE. The Sequeira team assisted Iron Brothers through a targeted sale process including initial valuation, preliminary negotiations, pricing, due diligence, and negotiation of final transaction terms. The transaction allowed the shareholders to monetize their investment in the business.

SITE
Based out of Sherwood Park, SITE provides fully-integrated environmental, infrastructure, and access contracting services for energy and resource development companies. SITE has grown substantially over the past decade by partnering with SCF Partners, a Houston based private equity firm, and well-established service providers in Western Canada and the United States.
