Sequeira Partners was engaged by Porchlight to assist with the sale to Hub. The Sequeira team provided advisory assistance throughout the transaction including negotiating key deal terms, transaction structure and consideration, as well as assisting in due diligence and other pre-closing matters.
The sale to Hub allows Porchlight to access and leverage the resources of one of North America’s largest insurance brokers; the largest in Canada. This will best position the Company and its team for continued success and future growth through Hub’s reach and broad array of insurance and risk services.
