Description of Transaction
Sequeira Partners was engaged by the shareholders of ProAll to assist them in pursuing a transaction with a best-fit partner to both monetize their investment in the Company and support future growth. The sale to Terex will allow ProAll to continue its growth by leveraging the resources and expertise of Terex’s Materials Processing group.
The Sequeira team provided advisory assistance throughout the transaction including initial valuation analysis, negotiating deal terms, transaction structure and consideration, as well as assisting with due-diligence and other pre-closing matters.
ProAll
Founded in the 1960’s, ProAll is Canada’s leading producer of volumetric mixers for concrete, selling into markets across North America and globally. ProAll’s volumetric mixers provide make-to-order, mobile concrete delivery that eliminate concerns over delivery time between a concrete plant and a job site by delivering ingredients that are mixed locally and to the exact specifications of each job. The Company employs 170 people, with a main production site in Olds, Alberta, and an installation site in Keller, Texas.
Terex
