Sequeira Partners was engaged by Redhead to assist with the acquisition of Norsask. The Sequeira team advised Redhead on the acquisition process including strategy, initial valuation and development of transaction terms.
The acquisition significantly expands Redhead’s reach in the Battlefords area allowing the Company to better serve its customers. In addition, the Norsask team’s expertise and reputation in the community will be a valuable asset to Redhead.
Norsask
Norsask is an agricultural equipment and powersports dealer located near North Battleford, Saskatchewan. The Company carries Case IH, Bourgault, Versatile, Seed Hawk/Vaderstad, Degelman, Kioti, Can-Am, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo and many other agricultural and powersport lines. Norsask services the Battlefords area and is considered a pillar of the community having been established over 30 years ago.
