Founded in 1933, Reliable Parts is one of the largest independent value-added distributors of appliance parts, accessories, filters, and related products in the United States and Canada. Recognized as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies, Reliable Parts has six distributions centers across North America with 46 additional branch locations and over 450 employees. Reliable serves as a full-service, authorized parts supplier for leading manufacturers including Whirlpool, General Electric, and Electrolux.
Svoboda Capital Partners
Svoboda Capital Partners, founded in 1998, is a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on value-added distribution, professional, consumer and healthcare services. Svoboda acquired Reliable in partnership with DOT Foods, the largest food redistributor in the United States, delivering nearly 100,000 products to distributors in all 50 states.
