The sale of SITE to Hillcore allowed Centurion Group to monetize their investment as part of its strategy to focus on core rentals and services. With Hillcore’s support, SITE is positioned for further growth, maximizing its potential and expanding its market presence.
SITE
Founded in 1993 and based in Sherwood Park, Alberta, SITE is a diversified construction company offering infrastructure, piling, foundation, environmental, and civil services across Western Canada and Puerto Rico. With over 700 employees and a large fleet of specialized equipment, SITE is an industry leader in above-ground flow line services, recognized for its strong commitment to safety, quality, and community. The Company serves a diverse client base across industries, including environmental, infrastructure, mining, and energy.
