Sequeira Partners was engaged as the financial advisor to Thermal Energy Services Inc. (TES) to assist with the buyout of a founding shareholder. Sequeira provided advice to TES on the valuation, structuring and financing options available to complete the buyout. Thermal Energy Services Inc. is a multi-disciplined construction, design, procurement, fabrication, assembly and maintenance company. TES was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Devon, Alberta. TES’ focus is on the industrial resource and power sectors located in the Athabasca Oil Sands and heavy oil regions of Alberta.
