Sequeira Partners was engaged by V.I.P. to assist with finding a partner for the company’s next phase of growth. The Sequeira team advised V.I.P. through a transaction process including strategy, valuation, approaching a targeted list of qualified partners, preliminary negotiations, due diligence, and negotiation of final transaction terms.
The investment by Headwater provides V.I.P. with a partner to support the Company’s ongoing growth and expansion plans. The partnership will help to accelerate V.I.P’s production capacity increases and investment in market-leading product development.
