Description of Transaction
Sequeira Partners was engaged by WD Co-Auto to assist with the divestiture of its Paint and Body Division. The Sequeira team provided advisory assistance throughout the transaction including initial valuation analysis, approaching a targeted list of qualified purchasers, managing pricing discussions, due diligence, and negotiation of transaction terms.
The sale of the Paint and Body Division to Color Compass allows WD Co-Auto to focus on its other divisions, while providing its members with best-in-class service, paint product selection, and business resources through Color Compass’ extended paint and body network.
